La Società Italiana di Urologia, in qualità di Titolare del trattamento dei dati personali ai sensi del Regolamento UE 679/2016, descrive le modalità di gestione e accesso al sito internet relativamente al trattamento di dati personali di coloro che interagiscono con i servizi messi a disposizione e i contenuti offerti da SIU e accessibili a partire dall’indirizzo www.siuliveplay.it.

La presente informativa riguarda esclusivamente il sito di www.siuliveplay.it e non riguarda invece gli altri siti web eventualmente consultati dall’utente tramite collegamento ipertestuale.

I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento di questo sito web acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell’uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet. Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte per essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro stessa natura potrebbero, attraverso elaborazioni ed associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi, permettere di identificare gli utenti. In questa categoria di dati rientrano gli indirizzi IP o i nomi a dominio dei computer utilizzati dagli utenti che si connettono al sito, gli indirizzi in notazione URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) delle risorse richieste, l’orario della richiesta, il metodo utilizzato nel sottoporre la richiesta al server, la dimensione del file ottenuto in risposta, il codice numerico indicante lo stato della risposta data dal server (buon fine, errore, ecc.) e altri parametri relativi al sistema operativo e all’ambiente informatico dell’utente. I dati sono utilizzati al solo fine di ricavare informazioni statistiche anonime sull’uso del sito e per controllarne il corretto funzionamento e sono cancellati immediatamente dopo l’elaborazione. L’invio facoltativo, esplicito e volontario di posta elettronica, anche attraverso modulistica elettronica, attraverso questo sito comporta la successiva acquisizione dell’indirizzo del mittente, necessario per rispondere alle richieste, nonché degli eventuali altri dati personali inseriti nel format compilato.

FINALITÀ, BASE GIURIDICA E NATURA OBBLIGATORIA O FACOLTATIVA DEL TRATTAMENTO
I dati personali che vengono forniti attraverso il sito saranno trattati dal Titolare del trattamento per le seguenti finalità:
a) finalità di ricerche/analisi statistiche su dati aggregati o anonimi, senza dunque possibilità di identificare l’utente, volti a misurare il funzionamento del Sito, misurare il traffico e valutare usabilità e interesse;
b) finalità relative all’adempimento di un obbligo legale al quale il Titolare è soggetto;
c) finalità necessarie ad accertare, esercitare o difendere un diritto in sede giudiziaria o ogniqualvolta le autorità giurisdizionali esercitino le loro funzioni giurisdizionali;
d) finalità di iscrizione all’Associazione.

La finalità di cui al punto a) non comporta il trattamento di dati personali, mentre la finalità di cui al punto c) rappresenta un trattamento legittimo di dati personali ai sensi della Normativa Applicabile in quanto, una volta conferiti i dati personali, il trattamento è necessario per adempiere ad un obbligo di legge a cui il Titolare è soggetto; la base legale del trattamento di dati personali per le finalità di cui al punto d) è l’erogazione di un servizio per cui sarà prestato un apposito consenso al trattamento dei propri dati personali. In alcuni casi (non oggetto dell’ordinaria gestione del sito) l’Autorità può richiedere notizie e informazioni ai sensi dell’art. 157 del D. Lgs del 30 giugno 2003, n. 196 ai fini del controllo sul trattamento dei dati personali. In questi casi la risposta è obbligatoria a pena di sanzione amministrativa.

Il conferimento dei dati personali per la finalità sopra elencate è facoltativo, ma il loro eventuale mancato conferimento potrebbe rendere impossibile riscontrare una richiesta dell’utente.

MODALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO
I dati personali sono trattati con strumenti automatizzati per il tempo strettamente necessario a conseguire gli scopi per cui sono stati raccolti. Specifiche misure di sicurezza sono osservate per prevenire la perdita dei dati, usi illeciti o non corretti ed accessi non autorizzati.
Sono state adottate le misure di sicurezza atte a ridurre al minimo i rischi afferenti la riservatezza, la disponibilità e l’integrità dei dati personali raccolti e trattati.

CONDIVISIONE, COMUNICAZIONE E DIFFUSIONE DEI DATI
I dati raccolti potranno essere trasferiti o comunicati a collaboratori interni o fornitori di servizi telematici per attività strettamente connesse e strumentali alle finalità per cui i dati sono stati raccolti (quali l’operatività del servizio Internet, la gestione del sistema informatico e telematico, l’evasione di particolari richieste consulenziali).
I dati personali forniti dagli utenti che inoltrano richiesta di invio di materiale informativo sono utilizzati al solo fine di eseguire il servizio o la prestazione richiesta e sono comunicati a terzi nel solo caso in cui ciò sia a tal fine necessario (incluse società che forniscono servizi di imbustamento, etichettatura, spedizione).
Al di fuori di questi casi, i dati non saranno comunicati, né concessi ad alcuno, salvo che: 1. vi sia consenso esplicito a condividere i dati con terze parti; 2. vi sia la necessità di condividere con terzi le informazioni al fine di prestare il servizio richiesto; 3. ciò sia necessario per adempiere a richieste dell’Autorità Giudiziaria o di Pubblica Sicurezza. Nessun dato derivante dal servizio web è mai diffuso.

DIRITTI DEGLI INTERESSATI
I soggetti cui si riferiscono i dati personali, ai sensi degli artt. 15-22 del Regolamento Europeo 2016/679, godono dei diritti di seguito elencati:

il diritto di ottenere l’attestazione che le operazioni di cui ai punti che precedono sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto concerne il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati, con l’eccezione dei casi in cui tale adempimento si riveli impossibile o comporti un impiego di mezzi manifestatamene sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato;

HOLDER OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

a. Navigation data
During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. b. Data voluntarily provided by the user

PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data that are provided through the site will be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:
a) purposes of statistical research / analysis on aggregate or anonymous data, without therefore the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the Site, measuring traffic and evaluating usability and interest;
b) purposes related to the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
c) purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the judicial authorities exercise their jurisdictional functions;
d) purposes of membership in the Association.

The purpose referred to in point a) does not involve the processing of personal data, while the purpose referred to in point c) represents a legitimate processing of personal data pursuant to the Applicable Regulations since, once the personal data have been provided, the treatment is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject; the legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in point d) is the provision of a service for which a specific consent will be given to the processing of their personal data. In some cases (not subject to ordinary site management) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to art. 157 of Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196 for the purpose of checking the processing of personal data. In these cases, the reply is mandatory under penalty of an administrative penalty.

The provision of personal data for the purposes listed above is optional, but their failure to provide it could make it impossible to find a user request.

PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Security measures have been adopted to minimize the risks relating to confidentiality, availability and integrity of personal data collected and processed.

SHARING, COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA
The collected data may be transferred or communicated to internal collaborators or providers of telematic services for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the purposes for which the data are collected (such as the operation of the Internet service, the management of the IT and telematic system, the fulfillment of particular consultancy requests).
The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material are used only in order to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose (including companies that provide enveloping, labeling, shipping services).
Outside of these cases, the data will not be disclosed or given to anyone, unless: 1. there is explicit consent to share the data with third parties; 2. there is a need to share information with third parties in order to provide the requested service; 3. this is necessary to fulfill requests from the judicial or public security authorities. No data deriving from the web service is ever disclosed.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer, pursuant to art. 15-22 of the European Regulation 2016/679, enjoy the rights listed below:

the right of access to personal data, which also includes the right to obtain a copy of the personal data being processed;
the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used format, readable by an automatic and interoperable device, the personal data concerning him;
the right to obtain the updating, rectification or integration of data;
the right to obtain the cancellation, limitation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
the right to obtain certification that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated, with the exception of cases in which to which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection and to the processing carried out for the purposes envisaged by current legislation;
the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor of personal data, according to the procedure available on the website (www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/docweb/-/docweb-display/docweb/4535524) to complain of a violation of the regulations regarding the protection of personal data and request a verification by the Authority.
